Company Policies

We will not honor any estimate unless it is in writing. We will not be responsible for errors on a verbal estimate where written confirmation is not received prior to production.
Always reference estimate number and date on order.

Artwork Specification:

We accept PDF, TIF,AI and EPS files. Exact PMS color match is not available. All printing is done in CMYK. Please indicate PO in subject line when submitting artwork. For RUSH services artwork MUST be print-ready.


Minimum type size is 6 pt. Always convert type to outlines.

Color Variance:

Due to the nature of materials and the variance in manufactured products, we cannot guarantee exact matches on repeat orders.

Absolute Minimum:

100 - unless otherwise stated on product page. Less than minimum (LTM) charges will apply - $35(v).

Above Catalog Quantities:

Please contact our Customer Service for product and pricing information.

Standard Production Time:

Unless otherwise specified, most orders will ship out within 5 business days.

RUSH Services:

We offer free 24 hour rush service. Orders MUST be in by 1pm EST in order to ship next business day. All artwork must be print-ready. Proofs will not be sent on rush orders unless we feel there is a problem with the artork provided. 24 hour rush service is not available on above catalog quantities. Please contact Customer Service for other rush options. "RUSH” and "in -hand-date” must be clearly stated.

Virtual Proof:

We provide virtual proofs at no charge. All orders are subject to proof approval before production unless waived explicitly.

Pre-Production Sample:

A pre-production sample request MUST be specified on the PO.
We will send out your sample after approval of virtual paper proof. All artwork MUST be submitted print-ready. Pre-production samples are subject to a $30 (z) charge which will be credited towards that particular order.

Cancellation/ Corrections:

ALL cancellations or corrections MUST be submitted in writing via fax or email and acknowledged. A fee will be assessed on any work already performed once it has entered the production stage.


We do not charge for random samples. Send us your request by 1pm EST for your samples to ship out same day via standard US Mail. Please contact us for expedited options.
Due to the nature of custom shaped magnets, we may not be able to ship exact sizing as requested. Sample will reflect thickness and print quality.

Over/Under Runs:

We ship exact quantities as specified on your PO. In the event we ship overs - it’s our gift to you!


All claims MUST be submitted in writing within 30 days of receipt of order.

Returned Check Fee:

Due to bank and administrative costs, there is a $25 net charge per returned check.
